Hey Rodltg2...my buddy own a tile, marble, and granite distibution business here in southern ohio but serves a 5 state territory with 5 satellite showrooms...if you do as well as he does congrads man...nice building...

building a house can be a pain in the arse...you just really need to find the right builder...it takes years and 2 houses before you find him unfortunately...and dont do business with anyone who does business with you...lol...

I own a wholesale lighting distribution business so I know alot of builders and I wouldn't work with any of them...not that they arent good, just wouldn't want to jepordize anything...

Once you build your third house you will get it right!! You will never get it right till you have been though a couple of times.

I have built (with a contractor) 2 houses and would do it right the third.

Congrats on your new building Rod it looks great and is an awesome investment.

Very nice building Rod! From a contractor's perspective, I think it looks great! A nice simple design like that, should have been a piece of cake! ;) Too bad we're so far away, we could have built that for you! Seriously, it looks great, and I'm sure you'll get satisfaction out of owning your own building. Congrats!

Great lookin place, Rod!

Do you do any work for Christopherson? They're just down the road from you in Roseville, and I think they're building (or maybe already built) homes in Rocklin...
