I have been having toruble getting consistent speedo readings.
I have tired blowing out the tube with compressed air, from the gauge back to pick-ups. There does not appear to be anything clogging the tubes.
Any ideas?

You say that nothing appears to be clogging the pitot tubes. If you haven't already, go ahead and stick a small safety pin in there (transom side of the pickup). Sometimes something gets wedged up there pretty good and just needs to be jarred loose).
