I see them out canoeing and kayaking a lot in the creeks and canals, but I've never seen one on the lakes that we ski at, although I'm sure they're there.

I told I saw one ... they caught this female across the lake from us, measured 7' 7" 150lbs.

well i saw pic's of Erk in water!!! i don!t know if i would have dipped ;) and i am just half kidding half serious :eek3: see i'm not used to reptile cause of the cold water we never get to see those, i spend a whole winter down Fl. and i never never never did go swim in the ocean!!! At the time i was skiing the canals in West Palm and i did not like to be close to bushed area...
