I was watching the IRL race today and saw a Team MasterCraft sticker on a drivers helmet. I think it was a Penske driver but am not sure. Anybody know anything about this?

Mastercraft sponsors a car. they have been doing it for a few years. They had a car at dealer days a couple of years ago

I wish I could remember the three drivers that were here at the Indy SuperCross last year. They introduced them and said they each get a boat to demo for the year as sponsorship. They were praising the MC's they demo'd at the SuperCross.

A lot has changed since! Sharing the same great drive train? This is a little dated.

MasterCraft PR is doing something goofy when a hard core race fan and long time national level skier like me has not idea there is a connection.

Or IRL isn't getting that much air time and publicity.

I think you nailed it ight there.

Yesterday was a sad day for the IRL with the death of driver Paul Dana.

I got to ride behind one of the drivers X-Star last year at Heritage Lake in Indy. Scott Dixon's name rings a bell, but I can't be sure (Haven't followed open wheel since split). I guess the dealship gets to use the boats for demo's when the drivers are not using them. Pretty nice of Pine Crest Marine to give free pulls that day. Super nice boat!
