Ummmm, I may be that 1%. whats the joke?
Two n****rs were walking across the Golden Gate Bridge when they both realized that they needed to pee. There was nobody nearby except cars whizzing by so they took out their d***s and started to pee over the railing.
One of the n****s said to the other, "Ooh, that water's cold!"
And the other one answered, "And deep, too!"

different version:
There were two men from Arkansas peeing off a bridge. One guy said, "Man this water's cold." The other one said, "Yeah, and it's deep, too!"

so one of them is saying he's reached the water from the bridge because it's cold..... the other one is implying it's not only cold, but "it's deep too"

The version I heard is about to fisherman fishing off a bridge. YOu know how they tend to exagerate. ;)
