I have a 2003 X-10. Zero Flex Flier Tower... I am re-building the roard racks. Anyone know where I can find the spare parts, without having to purchase a complete arm set? Plus, where can I find the foam inserts?

I heard that Mastercraft is about to release a repair kit for the board racks for the 2003 X series.
But I would like to know where I could get a complete set of racks. I bought a 2003 x-10 this summer and it came without any racks.

Chicago MasterCraft has complete sets instock. I don't remember the price off the top of my head, but you can call anytime and I will look it up.
Call New Diminsion they will have them or make them for you.
Sorry Eric posted at same time....hey yeah call Eric they have them...

I don't believe they are still being manufactured any longer. Correct me if I'm wrong......
I just figured since ND can make towers for all the older boats they still make board racks for the towers. They have a couple on their website and told me they they can cut or engrave anything you want in the racks.
http://www.newdimensiontowers.com/home.html that shows prostar but they will do XSTAR or whatever.

You're correct in that the wake board rack fingers (that come out from the X center frame) are no longer manufactured for the 2003 zero flex flyer. At least that is what everyone is telling me. It sounds like lots of folks have smacked their racks on stuff (that's gona leave a mark), so that's why they are coming out with the repair kit.
I may call Chicago. I am in Omaha, NE. I called New Dimension about 4 weeks ago and I think they said it would be something like $800 to special make a pair. I would just get a pair to go around the zero flex tower pole(s) before I spent that much for a special order. I had spoken to two Mastercraft dealers -- and it sounds like the one near where I keep my boat in Iowa may have a pair, but they are not sure, so I will have to stop and look at them. Anyway, thank you for the suggestions. I'll let you know how I turn out.
