Correcting the capacity for 209 on web site

Mastercraft.com, from all I can tell the specs need to be updated on the Prostar 209 website. Shows 12 people and weight. Think it should be changed to 9 folks and corresponding weight.

I believe that the X9 is also off. They should probably check that one too.
