the rudder on my boat is a little tweaked from the previous owner, i found one in mint shape for a 97 ps190, can anyone tell me if it is the same rudder as my ps205?

Yes they are the same rudder.

yes it is the one in CA, i just bought it. the general consensus here seems to be that the 190 and 205 rudder are the same so i scooped it up. now i just need to find the port. probably from MYMC.

That's a nice looking rudder.
Ebay does an automatic "Mastercraft" search for me everyday and emails me the "new" items. That showed up in my email this morning. I figured I would grab it and resell it. Then I saw your post and figured I would let it ride for a bit.
I didn't want to steal it away from you if you actually needed it.

According to the auction listing they were going to use US Postal Service.

do you get alot of listings for tires and tools when you have it set up that way??
