I sent mine back to the guy who made it.
In my one case, that was OJ.

Send it to Acme. They're just across the lake from you, do great work and will do any brand prop.

I ended up having OJ to fix my prop. $18 shipping / $150 to repair. They did it in three days and it looked like new, all shine.
I've got a problem thought, the boat vibrates at 3,500 - 4,100 rpm and it is not as agile as I remember.
Any advice how to diagnose the problem? I wonder if it's the prop related.
Thanks for the ideas.

Since the prop was damaged it would be the logical first place to look. Got another prop you can use to see if the problem goes away? That would be the easiest way to confirm or eliminate the prop.

Past that you're looking at possible bent shaft, thrust bearing, bent strut, etc..... Certainly sounds like a prop though.

This is guy in Mn that I use now. after going to a few different shops and having them sit on it for a while. These are great guys. They got me back on the water with a loaner prop for a weekend I had big surfing party setup. Quick turn around, easy to work with. They take pride in their work.

I can send a new prop to run to determine if our repair was not correct. We do all repairs in house, as opposed to other mfg's, and will stand behind them if not correct.

What is the size of the prop?

Hard to beat that option. If you don't have a spare you may want to keep the one Eric sends as well.

Well, I do have a "spare" beat up prop that I'm gonna try to straighten it now and try.
Will keep posted

Looks like it was the prop. I tried my beat up spare prop (pix attached) and it was no vibration

Just got the prop back from OJ prop. They found out that three blades were bent. Must've been my son hit it in sand. It had no visible marks. Anyway, they straighten it out and sent it back for no charge. Great customer service. Can't wait to install it.

Always great service from OJ. You may want to send that spare in. Not much of a spare if it's all beat up.

Just sent in my OJ 522 to OJ for repair. I hit the trailer (I think) on the last outing of the year.

I really thought about trying to fix myself, but figured they will make it perfect again.

OUCH!! You did the right thing having it done. No matter how hard you try, you get some vibration.
