Whenever I try to do a search on two words within quotes (i.el "Prostar decals"), the search algorithm parses them and does a search on the individual words.

Could a search engine that allows a boolean "and" be implemented -- rather than the default "or"?

I've been out of college for awhile now. I haven't used that portion of my brain since then.

Boolean search info-almost all search engines allow boolean logic:
