 Thought I would post a picture of our 99 Maristar with our new 2005 Tower and Bimini. 330 LTR engine with custom balast system.

If you are looking for a tower the 2005's are worth the price :woohoo:

It's the rear mounting/pivot block on 2005 tower.

I sent a note to the local MC dealer to see what they sold new towers and haven't heard anything back from them. I would like to put the zero flex style on my 1990 Maristar 210. Anyone ever tried to put one of these on an older boat?

Thanks,
Pete

Check out Newdimensiontowers.com They made the Zero Flex Towers for MasterCraft until the new 2005 towers came out. Extremetowers.com produces the new style 2005 towers.

I saw a tower on someones SN that went just above the window, the boat was closed bow, and the tower was not high, but was low profile to the boat.

Does anybody know where I can find one of these?

The one you saw is for ski-flying & specific to the CC. Zero-Flex makes a short tower for the PS190 too. Any dealer should be able to come up with one. Or the guys in TN who make towers for Zero-Flex.

w/o seeing it you are probably speaking of the Spider tower, made by CC. I don't know about it being specifically for ski-flying (which i think is hydrofoiling?? or is it jump???) I've heard that while both the spider tower and the MC mini-tower look cool, it's too easy to bang your head on them. I'm not even sure CC is making the spider tower available anymore. And if you are going to get a tower, the taller the better.

Ski Flying is jump with new rules.... faster speeds, longer ropes.

Your right, they are short. At 6'2" the ProStar tower comes up my upper chest. And the CC tower was just over waist high. Saw one at the boat show 2 yrs ago & the dealer said it was for ski flying...... but who knows.

The one that I am referring to is the one that everyone says you will bang your head on. So, do they make a tower similar to that for the MC PS 190. I don't want anything big, just something to give me an upward pull instead of straight.

Put a Boss Tower I picked up off e-bay on my 94 Maristar. Had to make a few minor mods for mounting but am happy with it so far.

That is a nice looking tower, but the one that I am referring to goes just above the windshield. Does anyone have any picture of that style???
