Anyone have any idea what it will run to have a Perfect pass installed on my 98 PS 190? I'm tired of trying to wakeboard while my driver can't keep his eye on the speed... Your help would be appreciated!!!

if you only plan on wakeboarding you can get by with wakeboard pro but if you ever plan on selling the boat i would spend the dough for the digital pro.

the unit should be 1000-1200 installation involves mounting a servo to one of your hoses, running some wires, and linking some crimped ends onto certain poles of your gauges, all instructions come with the unit.

I would reccomend Max at www.skiertoskier.com to by the unit from. Best prices around and great service.

If you have basic mechanical skills it is an easy install. Should take about 3 hours start to finish. Take the money you save on the install and buy more gas.:steering:

I did not install mine myself and shopped it around to several dealers. The PP manual says installation time is 2.5 hours. So that's what I was looking for from a dealer install. I had it done at Daryl Moore marine in Houston (Spring). I was charged 2 hours for labor (I think it was about $75--$80 per hour at the time). So, roughly $160 for a an install with a hole drilled for the paddle wheel.

drilling the hole is the funnest part. you cant pay someone to do it and take your fun away.!

Actually, drinking beer while someone else did the work was the most fun part.
