Which lakes in S Fla would be good for a weekend getaway in late January?

Considering trailering our X7 from Atlanta.

Thanks,

Jim

Okeeheelee Park is supposed to be real nice. Several slalom courses, etc. Check out this link http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/parks/locations/central/okeeheelee.htm

If you decide on the Orlando Area, let me know, I can give you some good suggestions.

I've got family there and have seen it. It is a great place for skiing but that's all you can do there. It's not a cruise around hang out place. It's a giant sports complex: baseball, soccer, roller hockey, football, etc., etc. and the entire perimeter is lakes for skiing. You could probably throw a football from one side to the other. I believe you have to also pay a fee and your boat has to be AWSA approved (keeps the turds out).
