I'm just sitting here dreaming of taking long line runs out on the river, or even just a boom run.

I would be out on the river if I had the boat here. However, it is in storage at Rockman's place up North. Hopefully we will get a winter run or two in. Otherwise, it is pretty much on hold until late March or early April.

We wear dry suits when the weather is this cold, so hopefully I could tough it out for more than 1 run. Hopefully 2 or 3, then I would be numb and go for the 4th. :woohoo:

Can you get dry socks into those bindings? They are extremely thin, don't see why they wouldn't work.......

Then, it would definetly be pretty frigid! I want to go out when there is ice on portions of the water so I can do sliding long line starts off the ice!

I give! Thats entirely to hardcore for me.I don't on a drysuit, only wet. That kinda limits me to 50 + water temps.I do want to try my shower out this spring.Everyone says it makes a huge differance havin warm water available.

The showers are AWESOME, they will definetly make your season a few days longer on each end.

"Hi, my name is Eric and I am new to the board. I am 19 and in the market for my first boat. I have been waterskiing pretty much all of my life in Northern Wisconsin, and am now in the market for my first boat. I have been looking at the Mastercrafts, Malibu's, and Nautiques. I found a 2000 Mastercraft Prostar 190 with the 330 hp engine and 139 hours on it.

I am looking to find out if there have been any problems with the boat in question, what I should look for, and if you recommend the boat?"

Is this where the catch phrase "Break a leg" would be inappropriate?
