Hello, my name is Doug, and I'm a MasterCraft owner. And I can quit anytime I want.

You folks are something else. All of you (and I'm not even going to try to start naming names) are really a cut above. I can't imagine wanting to spend so much time on here if you weren't such great people.

Well, I know the odometer really doesn't roll over at 10,000, but it seemed like this one might. Question. Anybody ever rolled the hour meter over in your MC? Anyone? Okay, well then, I'm telling you that they roll over at 10,000 hours. You heard it here first. And since you heard it on the internet, much less on the MC board, it's true.

I'm headed out to the driveway to see if that free boat has made its way here yet. Who knows, I may hit my vinyl with a little 303 on the way back. And so help me, if those seats have turned pink, I'm going to cash in on that industry-leading, lifetime replacement vinyl warranty I've been hearing so much about.

Here's to a great 2006! :toast:

/If you thought this post was great, just wait 'til I hit 11,422.

Beginning of that post had me a little worried Doug. It sounded a little like the opening line to some sort of 12 step program.

I believe he should have had quotes around the "I can quit anytime I want" and cited the P-daddy from the old site. :uglyhamme

For any skeptic newbies on the board who may be thinking "yeah right, 10,000 posts about nutin' "...East Texas Skier has a much higher than average ratio of valuable posts.

Thanks for hangin around and making the board a great place to visit every day.

I vote 10K+ posts = MC Junkie

"Junkie" is the best term that I've heard to describe that level so far...

Nothing. It's arbitrary. Just seemed closer than 20,000.

Thanks, Ryan. My goal is to try to make about 1 out of every 10 actually have a point.

Brian, I never really understood why they did never say never, which was the same plot as Thunderball. You seen any Bond-u-mentaries talking about that one.

Way to go on the 10K. Take a little time off and watch the 24/7 Bond special on the AMC network.....you might get your answer and give Erk a chance to close the gap.

Mag, I couldn't come close to it. I just don't have the material.

I'm always up for a good bond flick so long as it's Connery or Moore. I buy one bond DVD per year, but have boycotted the boxed sets because each force a Timothy Dalton on you.
