It would be cool to have an answer key kind of thing telling you what boat is for you.

Not that im promoting another boat or anything, but did any of you see the Nautique Super Air 220? (page 74 and 75) That thing is freakin huge! I couldn't even see into it when it was on the trailer!

Yep, big boat, but the X-30, X-45 and X-80 are all bigger.

All too big for me, a sub 20 ft. direct drive is all I want.

The 220 looks big but is still small inside compared to a MC 215 or 230. I just found out the 215 has the same amount of interior space as the 230 just a smaller sun deck and a little smaller bow.

i didnt like it either, i think some nice photos of the new boats would have been better money spent.

As I mentioned in the other thread, I thought the ad on page 21 with the picture taken over the skier's shoulder right down the wake at the boat was one of the best I've seen in years. Something like "Is MC pulling skiers to world records or pushing them." Probably the best since the "Priorities" ad.

Is the ad great...maybe or maybe not.

I was just letting the truth be known... I hope some of the competition
read it. With all the BS out there about who has done what and for whom. At least for the time being the correct info is out there.

Jim, can you say why MC doesn't boast more about the world record?? Are they unable to use Kris' name, or do they not want to promote the babblyboo skier, or are they simply being classy or all of the above??

Here ya go.

The caption on the opposite page read something like, "Is MC pulling skiers to world records or pushing them."

I finally took the time to go through the True/False ad that's the subject of this post. I think the one on Page 21 got in, made a strong point, made me want to ski behind the boat in question, and got out. I had to want to read the T/F ad to actually get through it.

If I had to pick one ad to use between the two, I'd go with page 21 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. It's the epitome of a good print ad. I'd want to hang it on the wall it's so good.

I personally thought the test ad was awesome. Puts the competition in their place.
