This is a letter sent to Portland Ski and Boat center for the great job they did for us- I highly recommend them...

I wanted to send you an email and let you know how happy we are with your service department. As you probably know, I purchased a 2004 X7 (black) recently with a used Ryan trailer. I purchased the boat knowing the trailer was used, which was part of a lower price. Unfortunately, the trailer bearing blew out on a return trip from Hagg Lake. I spoke with you and Craig, and was pleasantly surprised that both of your immediate responses were, “No problem, we will fix it.”
Ryan came out and worked on the trailer. He was professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. We patched the trailer up, and I brought it down to the shop. Craig immediately ordered a new axle and within a few days, the trailer was as good as new. Through the process I was updated on a daily basis and I always felt taken care of. The repair included new axle, brakes, master cylinder and brake line. The trailer drives awesome now. All these parts were replaced at no charge. If this was any other dealer, I would have been on my own.
Now I see why you guys are the 4th largest MasterCraft dealer in the country. This was an instance of exemplary customer service. I am convinced we will be MasterCraft owners and customers of your dealership for a very long time.
