My wife gave me Sirius Satellite Radio with two car kits. One for the boat and the other for my car. Great gift and I can't wait to give it a spin in the boat. Sure works great in the car.

What other fun boat gifts were given this year?

I got disc brakes for Christmas. The Drum brakes have been shot since I bought the boat a few years ago... Its going to be nice not being pushed by the boat everytime I stop!!

I did well ski-wise, I think: received some of the HO icon gloves, a new ARS slalom handle from wileys and some sympathetic soul got me a topsider oil change kit, so there'll be no more $125.00 oil changes in rics near future!!

There are a couple of threads on here. Didn't get to try it out on new years day, too much fun new years eve.

I had two of those Overton's baggy suits this past summer, both leaked at various seams second time they were each used and threads I looked at on Usenet indicated that that's not uncommon for that suit. On the positive side, Overton's was very pleasant about taking them back. I bought a BFI suit after returning the second Overton's suit - the difference in vinyl thickness, quality, and the quality of the seams was quite pronounced.

I hate to the the Harbinger of Doom, but I predict you'll be unhappy with that suit. I'd suggest giving the suit a thorough workout on at least a couple of occasions while it's still within Overton's return period.

Nothing here, but I did accumulate about $100.00 in home depot gift cards. I'm thinking a redneck shower may be in my boat's future (if I can't come across a decent used mig welder for $200.00)
