didnt want to start a new thread so ill post it under here.
i just drove by my local mc dealer and they have a new x9 and xstar out in the rain. i know they like to put them out for people to see when they drive by , but i see no need to have it out in the rain. the xstar was covered but the x9 was not. raining pretty hard too.

Their sitting out in the ice & snow here, Rod.
BTW, it helps when people tell what city we're talking about here. Lakeshore MC in Seattle went out of business years ago after the owner went thru a nasty divorce.

I hate my first post on here to be a negative one, but I have to say I'm not to fond of the Jacksonville area MC. I guess bad service can come back to haunt you eventually. Most of my parts come from Orlando now if I need something.

i understand that there is no way to store them all inside , but these were there showoom boats. they put them out everyday but i dont see the need to soak the inside if you dont have too.

:woohoo: Yes, Liquid Sports Marine will be opening a NEW dealership in Jax soon.
Cliff Woodman, from Brunswick, Ga., will be the new Manager. Cliff has a vast knowledge of Mastercrafts and should really be a great asset to Liquid Sports. Lets all get behind this new dealer and make it a success! Its gonna be located on Atlantic Blvd, just down fron the Harley - Davidson store. Don't know the exact address, but will let everybody know when I find out. Lets show Jacksonville what a real dealership can do!
Good luck Cliff!

Ski DOG knows his stuff...Liquid Sports is getting set up as we speak
and is either opening very soon or may already be open. The last post has been changed, Dave from Lakeshore is NOT working with Liquid. You will see all new staff. I have heard R. Copely will be helping set up a pretty great TEAM MASTERCRAFT Membership in that area. Stay Tuned
Have Great Holiday Season

Looks like they will open around mid January at this point. From what I hear from my sources, this facility is going to be the real deal! Stay tuned! SD

Eddie, Thanks for the props (the check is in the mail) :D
Yes, I will be managing the Jacksonville location and I guarantee you a great store and great service. Fortunately, I have a super support team from the LSM dealership in Orlando. I am looking forward to getting in there and getting things going. At this point we are still shooting for mid-January to open. The location is at the corner of Lee st and Atlantic blvd, just West of 9A.
I have not had the pleasure of meeting Jim at Bay Area Watersports but have heard a lot of good positive things about him and his staff. So, if you are in his area please see him for service and support or if you are in my area, do not hesitate to contact me. As of yet, we do not have the phone number for the jacksonville location, but my cell number is 912-258-0432. My first "official" day will be January 3, 2006. But if you have questions now, I'll see what I can do.
Look forward to seeing you there at the Grand Opening. I'll post something here as soon as we set the date.

When Liquid has their GRAND OPENING...Make sure it is planned
a year plus in advance! SKIDOG has like 20 kids... all daughters. They seem to get married every other weekend. He has GODPARENT stuff he has to take care of, grandchildren, every family thing that you can think of. Christmas in July, Christmas in April, Christmas in Octber. His next available weekend I heard was in 2007. May on the third weekend, Saturday from 10-11 PM. I hope you can schedule it around that time. The damn guy looks like he is in his late 30's but really is about 62 or 63.
