All I can say is WOW.

One of the best restore jobs I have ever seen.

Your MCOCD is off the chart!

Holy cow! Super nice job there, you should be mightly proud! Add perfectpass and you basically have a new boat!

Just have to ask, how much $$ do you have wrapped up in that project?

OMG!! Possibly the highest end restoration I have seen to date. You are my hero!!

Mandrel bent exhaust pipe? Assuming it is stainless steel?

Thanks for all the compliments! I have been receiving PM's with questions about a lot of the changes I have made. I will post a few new threads detailing the sources I used and how they were done.

Killer looking boat!! I've got the same color scheme on my PS205 never thought to add the stars when I did the new graphics. Such a nice job you did and I hope you don't mind but I might just steal your star design.

Keep looking at that damn thing and I'm blown away. After a slight debacle last summer in Minnesota 70 miles from Canada I had a problem with the original Silent Master thingamagig and found a hot rod shop in the middle of nowhere to make me custom 3" stainless bent exhaust right on the spot and the guy only charged me $150. I was so relieved as I got the look of death from the wife because I screwed up the boat. It seems like it pulls much better and gets up there a tad quicker. If you don't mind me asking, how did you restore/paint your windshield frame? Mine needs a little attention.

Beautiful job - just found our foam all over the engine too - What type of spray on liner is suggested to use ?

I have the same situation with my boat. It's actually all gone so I don't have to deal with it, but the motor is a little loud.

Did you DIY spray liner or have it done?
Are you happy with the result - I assume it helps with noise?

I spy perfect pass! Just installed on my boat as well. Interesting spot for the servo motor. I was a little weirded out that the recommended spot is the water hose mounted with hose clamps.... seems it would be just as easy for an L shaped bracket bolted to the thermostat housing would be better? Anyways, I followed their recommendations and it seems to work well.

You have a beautiful boat! Glad to see you decided to keep and enjoy your hard work!

If you ever are thinking of selling this beauty, I am interested, so long as its after Nov '16 when I am done with the ex-wife!
