First off, how many of you guys use an onboard charger?

I was looking at this one at Cabela's with the 8 amps and 2 banks for $88. Mainly because it is on sale and I have a gift certificate to use up. Not set on this one, so if you know of others to recommend, please let me know. I have dual Interstate 24M-XHD batteries in the boat.

They are solid chargers..made by pro mariner or something. I sold probably 100 of them when I sold boats there out of college. Never had any issues

I have the Marinco Guest on-board charger. I don't have installed in the boat, but it can be. I use it for the long winter to keep them maintained. Has option for remote display. Have used it for 2 years. No issues, but pricey.

I installed a Guest 2611a in mine and it works without issue. I keep the boat plugged in all the time at the storage unit.

The link you posted is a one bank FYI. I think they have a prosport 10 and 20 depending what you are doing with your batteries. More amps the better for trolling motor batteries but if both of yours are getting a charge a lower amperage won't be an issue for an overnight charge.

I've had the guest 2611a for a few years, and I haven't had any trouble out of it.
