I am 6'3" and 270. I have been on the same board since 2001. Looking for a new board to have fun on. I don't do many big jumps anymore but want a smooth board that can still get in the air when I want it to. Any comments on which rocker I should get?

Thanks for the help

I'm 6' 2", 215 and I really like my cwb Trancend. I rode a Liquid Force Super Squirt for like 15 years and liked it (I was a bout 2" shorter and 50 lbs lighter when I bought it). Then I rode a slingshot recoil for a season and liked it until I rode the Trancend. Way more vertical pop than the flex board. I'd rather have the slingshot at the cable park but my Trancend is my favorite board behind the boat.

Oh and it's a 3 stage rocker.

Thanks for the input. Have you risen the faction? Curious about the difference in the 2

If you are on a 2001 then most new stuff is going to feel pretty good. I would suggest a continuous rocker that has a variable edge design for a little more forgiveness and to get the board riding higher in the water.

I rode the faction once before buying the Trancend. I liked it but I got a better price on a closeout Trancend. I couldn't tell you much about the differences as it was a few weeks before riding the Trancend. Both popped well.

thanks for the advise. I am going with the Faction as i believe the continuous rocker is a better fit for my riding style.

thank you for the comments.

At 6' 2" and 250 I just bought a ronix 1, with the matching boots, my previous board was a hyper lite Belmont so about the same vintage. I love my new board

I just bought a Ronix Timebomb and I love it, I had a few Ronix boards and I love all of them. The guys at the company are helpful and easy to work with as well. Buywake is where I get my gear and the guys on the live chat are cool and helpful as well.
