Does anyone have any interest / know of someone who may have interest in a 300 Mastercraft? My friend has a really nice late model 300 with very low hours that he wants to get rid of it ASAP. He is willing to let the boat go incredibly cheap and it is loaded out. He paid $500k for it new. It has every option that was available other than the upgraded diesel engines. It has 80 hours on it and has never seen salt water. If someone has any interest or knows of someone who may have interest we are willing to give $15,000 to whoever has a buyer for the boat or two like new Sea Doo 255is jet skis with 100 hours. These jet skis do 73 MPH and have the independent suspension system along with cruise control. They were a little over $15k each new.

I think around $250-300k would buy his boat and it is a 2011 with 80 hours. That is half off for a boat that is barely broken in! If interested I will put you in contact with him and you can discuss prices. He may even let it go for a less if someone is a cash buyer and can make a quick sale.

Thanks,

Jason

Granted, but before we jump to conclusions, the OP does appear to be a boat dealer:

What do you pay a real estate agent/broker when they sell your house?

6% in Tennessee

So, for a $300K house, the commission is $18K. If they can get their $300K and paying $15K to do it is acceptable to them, I don't see a problem.

5-6% broker fee sounds reasonable to me.
