Anyone have pics of the "over the tower" tarps from MC.
I have only seen one on an X25.

I was told they are only for the power tower.

They were in 2012. I know I can order one for 2014 with the middle grade tower, whatever it is they call it. You can tow with the tower down and the under tower cover though, so that is the route I'm going.

I think they have them on skiboatcovers.com for the zft4 tower. I could be mistaken though?

I ordered mine without a cover, my dealer had a local guy do mine. MC didn't offer a over the tower cover so I went this route. I will get the boat back this week from my dealer who is winterizing now. Will post a few pics up if you would like. Mine covers everything with the tower folded down, even has reinforcements where any of the stress points are.

Even if they don't have them on the web site it would be worth a call to them. I'm sure they'd be interested in making them.

Just got one from mastercraft for my 2013 X14v with the zft4 tower. Fits great and love the fact that it protects the tower from bug splatter.

They are available as on option in 2014 too, but there are no pictures of what they look like.

Does the tower have to be up, or folded down to fit under the cover?

Tower is down under the cover. Sorry I didn't take a pic and I am away from her for the next two weeks.

One more. Our boat is kept on a life slip and the fit is very tight. It never pools as long as the poles are raised high enough.

can you trailer with that cover on?

Yes but not advised due to chafing. It came with straps but not used in this pic.

We trailer with cover on. Didn't have problems with it, just make sure it is completly down at the back. A little further than on my pictures.

Yes. Sticker came to $147k (roughly) with 6.0l, Salt Water Package, Pro Package, ZFT4 (I think that is it) tower, JL sound upgrade (2 cans), flip rear seat, heaters, fresh water rinse, bimini, fiberglass fenders, fiberglass platform, and BTS windshield. Negotiated to $100k on the nose plus t&t.

HAs it rained on it yet, does it pool water? Little concerned with my choice now.

We tow it to the dealer. The maximum speed in belgium for a vehicule + trailer weight, +3500 kg or 7700 lbs is 90km/h on highway (56 miles/h) We drive 100 km/h (62miles/h) for passing trucks. Hadn't a problem. The trip is 169 km(105 miles).
No problems with this ;)

Trailered in the rain with no problem. At this point has only seen a couple hours of light rain with no noticeable pooling, typically is in the garage when at rest.
