I currently have (8) JL M770 components powered by (2) 50w x 4 RMS Alpine Amps. I just upgraded the speakers a couple of months ago and opted to keep those amps the rest of the season and Repower in the off season if I felt it was necessary, it's definitely necessary. I'm planning on adding (4) more JL M770's and power with (3) JL MHD 600/4 amps. I'm guessing this is a very common amp to power these speakers with, what does everyone have their settings at on this setup? Just want to get a baseline to start with. What's the best way to dial them in perfectly in order to prevent ruining the speakers?

Sounds like you will have good power.

A simple google search will yield the general method.

If you are concerned about following the instructions or with your results, I would take it to a professional shop. A good shop can use an oscilloscope and probably do 4 amps in an hour an a half. As much as you have in the system, it would be $100 well spent if you have any question.
