Well its that time of year again when we need to protect our MCs from the cold and put them away for the winter up north. Last year I tried to install a Flush-Pro (http://www.skidim.com/prodinfo.asp?number=DP7) and a strainer. But the tight space put stress on the PLASTIC Flush-Pro and I broke it. Last night found a brass alternative and ordered one from http://www.marinetechgroup.com . I ordered the 1.125 inch I/O kit (http://www.marinetechgroup.com/images/125IO.jpg) so I could close of the lake intake with a valve when flushing and winterizing. But I suppose you could use tape as Skidim recommends with the Flush and use the cheaper Quick Flush. We has some white stuff on the mountain tops Wednesday night. We are pulling the course, lifts and boats, today after skiing. Luckily the next snow ski season is less than a month away! Jamie
