I have a dilemma. I've got an amazing boat that I've had since new (a 2008 model 100994100995100996100997100998that first touched water in 2012). It was a Dubai boat show boat that is fully loaded and has all the extras put on recently. Here's the list:

MCX 350 engine
Saltwater package
Galvanized trailer
Freshwater shower
LED underwater lights
Fiberglass swim platform
Removable carpet
Black cover for towing
Built in ballast
Hydraulic steering
Easy flush on transom
Four tower speakers, one sub woofer, three cockpit speakers, two marine amps, Clarion radio with iPod connection

High fly piggy back ballast (2x450lbs in rear lockers 1x650lbs in front)
Front bow filler cushion
New cover by skiboatcovers.com to protect sides and platform and Bimini
New spare wheel and rim
Ski rack extenders on port side
New spare prop
New Fulton jack
Speaker LED lights
Transom 3M Protection strip
Speaker covers
Attitude adjustment plate (transom trim tab)

This is the issue. I'm going to move back to the East Coast US in April 2014. And do I bring her back with me? The Shipping quotes are around $7500. I could probably get $60-65k in Dubai. What would I get in the US? 199 saltwater hours but she's like new - I've spent hours and hours cleaning and polishing! Any input is appreciated. I'm thinking that if I don't get an offer of at least $60k here in Dubai I'll bring her back.

Sell it there. You will be lucky to get $45K here. for the 60K plus $7500 shipping you are close to buying a brand new X2 here. At least whatever you buy for $67,500 will be worth $67,500. If you bring the 08 here you have a boat that is $37,500 net to you.

An 08 without the salt water package sells for around 50k depending on the season.

Not sure what the salt water package does value wise. For people using it on fresh washer, Id say a big negative. The rest its probably a +.

Id sell it before moving.

For sure sell it there. The $65-70 k you net will buy you any used X2 out there and possibly a new one.

I'd sell it there, if you can get 60-65 for it.

Thanks for the input fellas! I have begun the marketing process. Tough to sell off part of the family...

Don't worry about it haha! Everything is for sale for the right price and that seems like the right price to me.
You have a lot more options with that kind of $ in your pocket in the States.
