Does anyone have just the handle, minus the mechanism? Boat I bought was missing both handles but appears both mechanisms are still fully functional.

No, it's the quick release t-handle...I'll just bite the bullet and order a new one.

Yes, just the t-handle. Both the large screw and pin remain in the board rack, seem to be intact and fully functional, it just looks as though the plastic portion has come unscrewed and is AWOL.

Mine broke over the weekend. Your pin probably broke inside. If your pin is not broke and is still sticking out, I could sell you my handle only, but I fear you need the assembly like I do. The part number is 554413.
