Hi all,

Just wondering if I have to worry about keeping my 5 gal pail of water up above the motor when flushing the engine and filling it with antifreeze? It seems like there are some pictures with the water source sitting on the ground along side the boat. Basically my question is how much head with the raw water pump suck?

This will be my first winterization with my new Maristar. Thanks!

No you do not need to have the bucket higher then the motor. The impeller will suck in the anti freeze regardless of what level the bucket is at.
