Dealer says they don't make them any more. Anyone got a good, reputable place that can make the skins and send to Canada (or even better a supplier in Canada).

I had Buckeye redo some of my seats. They did a great job. I likely will get them to do some more work this winter.

Call Viper Customs in TN. They have some former MC vinyl workers.

A good quality marine upholstery shop will do a much better job than pre-made skins from the manufacturer. My 2002 Prostar 209 vinyl started degrading/splitting after years of meticulous care. Interestingly enough, while Mastercraft and Nautique (I have a 1998 Ski Nautique as well) make a top of the line boat, they really cut corners on cost with the vinyl they use (at least they used to). The factory vinyl is a cheaper grade vinyl (has a "gauzy" fibrous kind of backing) than what a good upholsterer will use (a cloth-like backing). They can scan any custom stitched logo work and lettering and create a perfect replica in your new upholstery (costs about an extra $55 for each scan/stitched panel).
