Hey guys,

Some of you have probably seen my thread on here for the partial restoration of my boat. Well, time has come to buy a new house and get rid of the toys (for the time being). Mechanically everything works great, I will list below the things it needs. I wish I could keep it but just need the cash for the new house. Hopefully in the spring/summer I will be where I can get a V-Drive. I am pricing it at what I have in it. I just bought a new sharkskin custom fit cover that was $400. Also a new Bimini. The engine is an LT1 and was installed by Rambo Marine in Birmingham which had less than 100 Hours on it. The Transmission is original to the boat which has 370 hours on it. I have put an optima blue top battery in the boat with a battery switch. Also new is a Kenwood CD player with ipod connection, drip-less shaft seal, steering cable, and many small items here and there. I had every intention of fully restoring this boat, I just need fast cash for my wife's dream house (I'm sure you know how that is). I got a quote for a guy locally to replace the interior and carpet for $2,800 which it will need. It is also missing the back seat. The hull needs to be cleaned and waxed, again something I wanted to do just never got to it. The trailer functions but needs a new brake system and trailer guides, it does have brand new tires. As far as functionality goes, everything works except for the fuel gauge. We drove the boat about 80 miles round trip a couple of weekends ago and it functioned perfectly. In fact, I cruised at about 3000 rpm for the second half of the journey (40 mi.) and only used about 3/8's of a tank. If you have any questions please let me know. I feel like what I have invested in it is a pretty good price still. If you would like to call my number is 256-684-2407. Thanks!
