I was completely disappointed. Old pics and limited areas of close coverage. I had the latest pro version to work with. There's got to be a better way... :toast:

it think it depends on the area you're looking for, if it's not highly populated the resolution probably sucks

Well, ya already got me. Cool, thanks. Hope you just went generally as to town (not my address). :)

While you're at it, check out this site. (http://www.tonylightfoot.com/content/view/35/66/) It's got Google Earth map points for most private ski sites.

We zoomed in on my Mom's house a few weeks ago and could make out the red truck of a guy who has worked for her for quite a few years.

Wow, cool download, I found lake not too far away that I didnt know about.
BriEOD, I think I read where you are not going to Langley now. If you were, this shows Avon Lake near there as a ski site (small lake).

Cool!

This must have replaced their TerraServer. I checked three specific locations and it appears that Google and MSN bought the same aerial images.
specific cars are in the same spots
shadows (same time of day)
no cars on my side of the street (street sweeping day)
both still show my old red roofs before the tornado came
