Thanks for the compliments. I hate to sell it, but the wife wants to get a bigger boat. Hopefully a 205 or something like that. If I had room, I would just tuck it away and keep it. Going to miss this boat.

I added removable platform brackets and a swing away trailer tongue. So it fits in a standard 20ft garage no problem.

Somehow I don't understand. This is a beautiful boat that I would be on in a second if it were closer.

Two good looking "86's" for sale at the same time. Didn't see that one coming (unless you watch ski-it-again).

I have an 86 also but I am not planning on selling any time soon. They are great boats.

The boat is too expensive in the current market. Simple.

Seems reasonably priced compared to others that are on the market, and it's in great shape.

That's true and I'll not disagree with you. But the market drives the rate of turnover, plain and simple. If you want your product sold now and it doesn't sell then the market is telling you that, in the present environment, you'll need to lower the price.

You're absolutley right. I'd hold out until spring if was was the OP, I think his boat is certainly worth what he's asking for it.

I agree as well, Hold Out and get your price. $7200 is a fair price.

Your right. I tried to buy this boat three times last summer. Responded to the craigslist ads via email the first two times they were posted with no response. The third time the ad appeared I tracked the owner down through his info here on this site and called him at his work. We set a time to meet and he no-showed me.

The wife must be making him. He puts the ad up to show her he's selling"...but honey, no one bought it, Guess we're stuck with it." He's a genius.

Justin-

Hold off get your price. Your boat is worth every penny and then some. The right person with the right money will come along.
