Any winners out there. Who won the boat?

I got a certified letter in the mail yesterday from Overtons and got all excited. I won eighth prize, a uniden $99.00 marine radio. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.

I'll check my mail this year. Last year, someone in CA won the 197. I had to write Overtons to get the winners list.

Overtons didn't get any of my money this year. Back in 2003 (i think) a guy in WI won, and at the end of the season I saw the boat being prepped at my dealer. He had taken the credit on the 19Skier and paid the diff to get a PS209. That was one happy dude!

You know you can register once per day, per person for free, right?

Didnt know that, duly noted for next year with thanks....! Tried to stay away from the equipment shopping sites this summer, the gear is fresh enough and plenty of other expenses to occupy the wallet.....

Hey, in the end, neither of us won that 197 (well not yet). You just didn't waste your time registering on a regular basis.

They warned me they'd be sending the IRS some paperwork for me.

I did that also and I would still really like to know that increased my odds and how! I'm thinking all my time registering only counted as one...

I literally did it once per day during the 04 contest for both me and my wife. Didn't even get one of those crappy tubes (fortunately).

Didn't go quite so much this year.

I never win anything.

With my luck I probably won the boat and threw out the notice with all the junk mail so they awarded it to someone who actually takes the time to read that stuff.

Looks like I didn't win again this year, at least I don't have to find a place to store it for the winter.

Right clicking tells me that the text is in English. What am I supposed to be right clicking on?

That thread has hilarious smilies in it, but I don't see any of them in the smilie window I usually use.

/edit. Wait, does this work?
