Nope, sounds like just a slab in rural Michigan. Buried alive too. That's my biggest fear right there, buried alive and conscious.

lol. it would be cool if they found ol jimmy though. Seems like they've spent a lot of money looking for this guy the last couple of years, all to find out: Yup! He's dead alright!

It would be cool if they found him, but I'm guessing the "I'm also selling a book" has a lot to do with it.

Even if after they find Hoffa, we may never know the truth. I have literally read 3-4 dozen books on organized crime over the last 20 years and I have read an unbelievable # of variations to the who/what/where/when etc on his killing. Seriously, I think every one of those gangsters wants to go down in history as to the one that got away with it, just like JFK.....

This is about 5 miles from my work. Seems about every 6 months or so they are doing another dig. I'm agreeing with Can'tRepeat, I think this has a lot more to do with book sales than anyone actually knowing where he is

Hoffa.... Story of a good man, good idea gone bad. Being from the Detroit area all my life I guess I should think more of his efforts to organize labor but all I remember are the later days of the pay offs, skimming and Teamster thugs that forced the Union on people.
I could care where he's is, just glad he's gone.

It's just a distraction folks. Just another story to take the news cycle in a different direction. They have to get the focus off of the nsa spying, the irs targeting conservative groups, and all the other scandals going on because it isn't good for them. I'm not fooled.;)
