just picked up this boat this year. When pulling a skier, it cavitates (when turning right). 3 blade prop. Prop issue?

Likely a ding on the prop. Probably not a huge deal, unless it bothers you.

Definitely shouldn't cavitate.

I'll try another prop. Def bothers me (mcocd).

why do you need to turn right while pulling a skier? ;)

can someone please educate me ??? does this boat use a 13x13, 1" diameter shaft, LH rotation prop?

Also, wondering how the wake will be changed if I use a 4 blade prop rather than a 3? Understand I will loose 2-3 mph

I wouldn't focus on the wake so much as where the boat really likes to be run, get the current recommendation but I believe the concept is that the 4 blade versus of most will improve the boat's ability to hold speed at lower set points (like wakeboarding) a bit better.

But at the cost of some turbulence/chop and lower speed.

Mine does that as well even with a rebuilt prop, but only if you really crank the wheel around to the right while going ~30. If I need to turn that hard I back off the throttle anyhow.
