For what its worth I had a broken windshield on my 93 PS205 from a tree branch two years ago the port side and walk-thru, needed frame and all. I searched and could not find any. I had to go through TaylorMade Custom division and have a complete windshield made, at the tune of $3200.00. Thankfully my insurance covered it. Still have the starboard side.

How can Taylor say yes to a 93 but no to a 92? Same style??

Probably depends who you get on the phone. Marina broke my windshield on my 96' ProStar 190 three years ago and got a replacemrnt from Taylor. Pretty sure it was a replacement for a bow rider. They removed the walk thru section and made it fit. Lot's of tweaking to get it to fit but it's on. From 50' it looks mint, up close not so much.

You need to talk to the Custom Windshield division. If you call asking for a windshield for your boat they will say no because they do stock any. You will have to make a deck template of the old windshield and take other measurements. Then they take and bend new frame extrusions and fit the glass. They will only make a complete windshield, that way it matchs side to side. You would think they would have CAD drawings on hand for all the windshields they made, but they do not seem to.
This is what I did 2 years ago, unless they do not offer this anymore. It took about 4 months to get it. If anyone is interested I can dig out the paperwork and get the names of the people I dealt with. The name of the person I had to deal with was Andy Coco.
