Does anyone have a good contact at this place? I have called and emailed someone named Scott who said he was the sales manager and cannot get him to respond to me. Or if anyone has another company that could do this please let me know. Its not for a Mastercraft, its for a Scarab and I need the sunpad/engine hatch cover redone.

I would stay away from Copy Cat. I had them quote a whole interior but started with the back seat only. Was a nightmare. Had the same issue with communication that you did and this was back in 2010. I did complete the backseat but settled with a quality issue in stitching just to get the project done.
Several guys on the site have used Viper.

I had issues with them returning emails. Guess they didn't want my business. I ended up using Viper Customs in Maryville, TN.

I'm in West Monroe, LA. I also have a call into Viper this morning but have not heard back from them yet.

He's pretty good about getting back with folks. Usually within the day.

Jim Jackson <jjackson@vipercustoms.com>

try emailing him. He always responded quickly to me through email. Top notch work, came in ahead of schedule, and was a good price.

What is Gus Campbell up to? I think he closed shop 2 years ago. Is Lee working for someone else up there?

I have no idea, bad experience with them when I bought my first Mastercraft. After that I would not have taken a bicycle to them.

I tried to get a quote from CopyCat as well. They responded 2 months later and I already had my seats back from Viper! What I did was freight ship all my seats, motor doghouse, and side panels to them and let them do the installation. Jim said he actually prefers this rather than just making skins. They did and excellent job and reinstalling into the boat just took a day. Too bad your not closer, I would give you the container I shipped them in. It's just taking up room in my shop.

I used Copycat a couple of years ago to do an observer's seat. Communication was terrible. Timeframe was horrendous. But at the end of the day, the quality was good. Wouldn't use them again.
