those are great guys, keep them coming.

This is my current situation. I am thinking I might try and mill somthing out of teak to replace the very badly done aluminum piece. Unfortunatly the PO cut the helm at the bottom of the radio deck mount.

Keeps the boat from moving around too much on the trailer. Was glad to have them during the trailer tire tread separation on I-30 the day before.

Had to google what hydro-dipping was, but I think you might have something there.

I still don't like the fit and finish of the aluminum, but if I am able to clean that up I coupld probably get behind the hydro dipping.

YOU could also get some vinyl carbon fiber (fibre ;) ) - and wrap the aluminum as well but the hydro dip would have a bit better finish.

Well I did a little more digging around and decided to remove the aluminum to see how it looked underneath. Not as bad as I expected.
