The CSX is about the only MC that I would fish from. Awesome dual purpose sport boats. I think that boat is also in the boats for sale section here.

That's one of the primary reasons/purposes for the CSX.

I let my 7 yr old grandson fish (trout) off the platform of my X2. I have done the same, but only from the platform.

I've been known to drown a worm or two off the side.

Clearly one of the intended purposes of the CSX but my MCOCD would be challenged. Tough to beat having a MC for a fishing boat too.

We fished off my X-30 a lot last year. It's not a big deal to me, that's what a boat is for, just try to keep the fish and the bait on the platform. Here are a couple pics of my Son (the 4 year old) catching some Walleye. For all last summer we would see this young kid at the dock who would talk to me about fishing and boats every time we saw him. Finally after several months I just told him to hop on the MC and come fishing with us. The look on his face was priceless and his "strut" as he said bye to his friends on the dock and walked over to our boat to hop on was comical. After that he kept an eye on my boat whenever we weren't at the Marina.

Those smiles are worth a bit of clean up. Boats are for our enjoyment, no matter what that may be.

That my friend is what boating is all about. We need to keep our children interested in water sports, whether skiing, fishing, tubing, whatever the case might be. I'm glad you took that young kid fishing with you guys. He will never forget that day as long as he lives.
