85 S&S Ready for summer?? Before upgrade

So I bought a 85 S&S as a project and to possibly use for the summer.. How far should I go??

Buffed and polished out side gel coat
Fully cleaned carpet & inside of the boat as far as it is going to come back without a whole new interior
New Steering cable and helm
New Switches on dash
New Fuse Holders
Oil change with filter
Water separator filter
New plugs
New impeller
New Hubs and bearings on trailer
New jack
New Winch

Its not perfect or a restoration by any means but WAY better condition that i got it and will be almost nothing but cosmetic stuff for new owner

Anything else I should be Changing besides the whole Boat.. Ready for newer project and boat.. Before I put this one up for sale??? Any suggestions ok .. This was my first master craft and wont be the last just wanted to start off with a basic one and work my way up.

Transmission fluid would be worth doing. Might want to check bearings etc. on the trailer too. Both are easy but save a lot of trouble.
