Electrical grounds

I am working through some grounding issues with my 1988 Tristar: tachometer is reading low and boat is stalling at idle (distributor related). I've cleaned the two ground spade connectors on the stern side of the engine block.

Where on the engine are the other critical ground points that I should clean and check? I know Indmar does not provide service manuals but I would kill for an electrical schematic right now.

I thought you could get a manual from dim? At least that is what I heard others on this board say. Try a search.
