I have been looking high and low for a photo to show everyone. This thread may get booted here at some point this weekend...but none the less. We will be consigning a very very cool Stars and Stripes this upcoming week. It is powered by a HUGE 454 that has been really sooped up...as a matter of fact the engine tuning is adjustable on the fly. I have personally seen the boat hit 50MPH+! Brown metal flake and ligher brown/ivory. The boat was at 2 MasterCraft Southern Reunions. I have flipped though all my pages and on this site. I cannot locate the photo. I know the ENGINE photo exists on here because someone posted it. It has Stainless Steel exhaust manifolds. So stay on the look out. I would rather see a real MasterCraft enthusiast get this boat...someone who will know how to appreciate it. So if you know of someone, or are interested yourself please email me at jim.baws@verizon.net

No disappointments

Makes my arms and shoulders hurt just looking at it. Makes me think back to my younger days attempting to pull a group of skiers by an under-powered ski boat and calculating how many arm-lengths of slack to leave before yelling "hit it".

what's the cooling fan on the back of the intake for? is that the early version of fuel vapor exhaust? I thought it had to be low in the bilge?

edit:
nevermind, looked again..... there ain't no room in that bilge for a blower!:eek3:

Jim, there's an easier way to quote a post from a previous thread.....
click on the post number (example #33) and it will open another page labeled "view single post"....
grab THAT address and post it ;)
