Help removing Prop or a visit from the prop fairy

You had said you were going to try to make your own Harmonic puller. I tried this evening, bought two nuts from Home Depot, gave a tack weld on the flats of the two nuts put the thing on hit it a few times and NUTIN......Hit it harder a few times still NUTIN.......Then really banged it a bunch of times and still Nutin.....
Anyone have any suggestions short of waiting for a prop puller to come in.
I got a new prop in the mail today and really want to try it out. But first I need to get the old one off AAAAGGGGGHHHHHH.....

You could try heating the collar of the prop and then try hitting it. The harmonic puller uses a properly pitched vibration like a tunning fork and I would think it would be hit or miss to find out the exact pitch.

Maybe the construction of a real H puller creates the correct pitch?? I haven’t made one yet.
