So I winterized the X2 a couple of weeks ago but tonight is the first freeze so I'm a bit anxious. I ran the boat using the bucket method until warmed up to operating temp, then switched over to the marine antifreeze. Ran for a couple of minutes until the water from the exhaust appeared to be all antifreeze. My question is am I safe??
Ballast was done using bucket method as well...

Supposed to be in the mid twenties for about 6-8 hrs. Should be fine just wanted another OCD owner to confirm what I was thinking.

You're probably gonna be a bit cooler than me. I'm in Austin.
That's not a bad idea on the thermostat.

As long as it is inside a structure with a door, you will be just fine. (Of course after doing the anti freeze as you described). No worries...

They work great.Have a half dozen of them. I've used them for years for temporary heat on construction sites.
