Drafted this winterization checklist and throught it might be useful to a few of you. It's specific to my 2005 Prostar 197 TT with MCX and 1:26 tranny.

I also have an MCX, but after I drain the block I let the impeller injest -60 purple anti-freeze (from West Marine) filling the block, manifolds, etc. I've always done it this way to help eliminate any corrosion on the inside of the engine during winter.
Your way is ok, but make sure you drain the manifold hoses. They are connected together under the engine with a garden hose-type connection.
Also, it's not recommended to fog through a "dry" intake manifold. The MCX does not have a throttle body so fogging should be done by removing each spark plug.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the pdf. My MCX takes 5.5 quarts and the tranny 3.5
