I have a 1996 MC PS 190 and the only gauges that light up are the 3 on the far right. Temp, Volts, Oil press.

Is this correct??? What about the speedos, tach, clock, and gas gauge?

It sounds like you have either a bunch of burnt out bulbs or an electrical problem. My 97 190 had the same dash and I think everything except the clock had a light on my dash.

What is the easiest way to get to the bulbs??? Do you just unscrew all the little screw around the front/outside of the dash?

The light bulbs on your gauges are daisy-chained in parallel. Since you have three in a row working and the rest not, most likely you have a break in your daisy-chain. However, truth is stranger than fiction, start with the easy checks. I would first check for good bulbs. Try swapping a know good bulb with one that doesn't light and visa versa. Then check for 12 volts at the light sockets.

Well, I tore into the dash this morning to find my problem with the lights and some other issues. Luckily, it was an easy fix. The nut that holds all of the ground wires on had fallen off, so a new nut and reattach the grounds and I am set.

ALL GAUGES HAVE LIGHTS INCLUDING THE CLOCK :D
