definatly a girls car, just don't buy first year of a first generation model. but it's hard to beat the 60k base & 100k mile powertrain warranty.

Every test they have been in against other cars in a magazine they have come in close to last.

I would recommend an American made car ;)

Its the Tiburon successor. They switched the drivetrain to RWD though, and offer the "top end" model with a 3.8L v6 sporting something like 300hp or so. For a cheap thing to blast around in, not bad... especially considering the warranty. Hyundai has come a LONG way from 10 years ago. (Hyundai owns Kia).

A v6 mustang will give you a better vehicle in the same class that will actually have some resale value in 5 years.

Look into the Scion FR-S /Subaru BR-Z. I work for a Toyota dealer here in Houston. The FR-S is an amazing little car. I'm thinking about buying one as a daily driver and parking my Tundra to use just as a weekend/MC hauler.
