Does anyone have any tech tips for removing or reducing scratches in the glass? Also, I pulled the tint off from previous PO work. What is the best way to remove the glue residue?

I am fairly sure Acetone works VERY well - get it at a paint store - it literally melts it, just keep it away from anything painted.

Gasoline on a nice microfiber towel works too. ;)

Next time buy a steamer from walmart and steam the tint while you pull it off. Won't leave any residue and will make your tint removal a breeze.

No,No I have to re-tint my windows this winter. So, 2 cases of beer 1 Sierra Nevada and 1 Stella, a bottle of Goo Gone and a razor.

Sounds more like a suicide attempt than a tint removal. :)

The Goo Gone route has been a nightmare. Damn PO for putting tint on this boat. Still working on it..... :-(
