X-30 Surf Wave

Since there has been a lot of chatter about the X-30 surf wave I thought I would shoot a quick video of my setup.

'12 X-30
Stock Port & KGB Ballast - 100%
Stock Starboard Ballast - 0%
900lbs Sumo Sac in port locker
1 170lb passenger sitting on port side
11.2mph paddlewheel cruise, more like 10.6mph GPS

I'm glad there is a mute button.

I think they would do better with more weight up front, it would make a for a longer pocket.

If you have a center trim tab lower it a bit and it should clean up the face of the wave.
